Gah – your eye and my leg (broke it on the 22nd). Neither one of us got the holiday we deserve, so here’s hoping we both have doubly excellent 2022’s – or at the very least we both avoid surgery.
Seriously, Happy New Year and I’m very sorry to hear about your eye; eye troubles sort of scare the bejeezus out of me – I hope you heal up soon with no complications. 🙂

Happy New Year to you too. I wish you’d had a better start to it. I know how scary it can be when you’re vision suddenly degrades, especially in such a distracting way. I hope you get the help you need and that the damage can be repaired. I know it’s not a quick process and that the waiting is hard.
